“Megan picked up three pitching wins over the week, the first three of her varsity career. Win #1 came in her first start against GMC Kingpin Mason. Megan limited the Comets to just 6 hits and one earned run while striking out 3. On Thursday, she came on in relief and shut down the Thunderhawk’s of Lakota East, allowing just one hit over the last 4 and two thirds’ innings in the 5-4 victory. Friday, Megan struck out 7 batters in the 8-3 win over Hamilton. Megan is hitting .385, with 10 hits, 5 RBI’s and 2 stolen bases. She has 1 homerun on the season.”
