4-0 home opener for Fairfield boys soccer
Fairfield boys varsity soccer started its home season with a bang Tuesday, exploding for four goals in a 4-0 shutout over Madeira.
Leading the Indians in scoring was sophomore Riley Cunningham with two goals (he now leads the Greater Miami Conference in scoring with three goals). Also scoring were juniors Jarrell Moses and Ten Ba. Recording the shutout in goal were seniors Brian Razo and Sammy Davis.
Fairfield, coached by Christian Johnson, is now 2-1 overall. They return home Thursday to take on the Elder Panthers at 7:15 p.m.
