“Conner has been a real leader for the team this year. Last season he was a hitter and made 2nd team all GMC. This year we asked him to be our setter and he has not disappointed. Currently, he is third in the league in assists and fifth in the league in aces. Last week his setting was on point as we beat Sycamore and their 30-match GMC win streak. He recorded 27 assists, 4 aces, 3 blocks and 4 kills in the big game. Connor’s leadership has helped the team reach an 11-3 record and a 6-2 GMC record to claim second place in the league.”
