Aaron was named District Athletic Director in July 2019 after working as an assistant principal at Fairfield Senior High School. Aaron began working within the Fairfield City School District in 2014 as a social studies teacher at the Fairfield Academy, after teaching and coaching in North Carolina and Virginia.

Kyle is a graduate of Fairfield High School (2012) and has served Fairfield Athletics as a Boys Basketball Assistant Coach for 7 years and formerly as Athletic Director at Creekside Middle School. Kyle is a graduate of Miami University and taught Social Studies at Fairfield Freshman School prior to being named Assistant Athletic Director.

Lori is a 1994 graduate of Fairfield High School. Lori began her career in the Fairfield City School District as a clerk at Fairfield Middle School in 2014, after working as a stay-at-home mom for 10 years. In 2015, Lori transitioned to serve as the District Athletic Secretary at Fairfield High School. Lori and her husband, Rob (’90), have two children, Lydia (’24) and Levi (’28).

Andrew is a 2011 graduate of Fairfield High School. He earned his bachelors degree in education from the University of Cincinnati in 2015. Andrew is in his 7th year as a science teacher at FHS and 10th year as a member of the baseball coaching staff. His responsibilities include management of athletic facility schedules as well as fulfilling other departmental needs.

Kevin is a 1994 graduate of Fairfield High School and currently a PE Teacher at Crossroads Middle School along with Athletic Director. He earned his undergraduate from Miami University and Masters degree from Marygrove College. Kevin has over 20 years of coaching experience in football, basketball, baseball, and softball. Kevin has been Crossroads Athletic Director since the school originated in 1997. Kevin and his wife Kerry have two children Ryan and Kenley. Kevin’s wife Kerry is in Fairfield Athletic Hall of Fame.

Brenda Stieger

A Fairfield alum, Brenda has been a teacher/coach at Fairfield since 1994. She received her BA degree from Alice Lloyd College and Masters in Sports Administration from Xavier University. Currently she teaches Health, Sports Management and Sports Medicine at the High School. Brenda is also the varsity softball coach (1996-present). She resides in Liberty Township with her husband Bill Stewart. They share 5 grandchildren – grandsons – Cameron, Conor, Jaxon & granddaughters Maisie & Georgie.
