After a long season of cheering on the boys basketball team, it is now time to give a huge cheer to the seven graduating seniors of the Fairfield cheerleading squad.
At halftime of the final boys regular season home basketball game against Hamilton, the ladies from the Class of 2024 celebrated Senior Night. Each cheerleader was introduced along with their families as their bios were read on the PA system.

Elina Emmons
Plans: Attending Thomas More to study finance while also playing D2 lacrosse
Favorite Memory: All the bus rides to away games, singing our favorite songs
Izabella Gorczyk
Plans: Attending Thomas More this fall on a lacrosse and cheerleading scholarship
Favorite Memory: Junior year when we played Oak Hills and had to evacuate the school
Dryanna Hesse
Plans: Attending Ohio State and majoring in biology
Favorite Memory: Dancing to all the fun music on the sidelines during pregame, specifically “Baby Shark”
Angel Jennings
Plans: Attending Penn State to study psychology
Favorite Memory: Getting hyped up by blasting music on the bus before away games
Kamryn Martin
Plans: Attending University of Cincinnati
Favorite Memory: Cheering for my first varsity game as a sophomore … it was an amazing look at what the next three years of cheering was going to be like
McKenzie Niehaus
Plans: Attending the University of Cincinnati majoring in early childhood education
Favorite Memory: Singing on the bus to and from away games
Lily Verquer
Plans: Attending University of Kentucky majoring in kinesiology and exercise science
Favorite Memory: Looking up and cheering in front of the student section at my first football game sophomore year
